  • Verbally greet guests and exchange polite conversation

  • Explain to a guest that he/she is learning English

  • Offer a guest help with a problem or request

  • Understand basic attendance rules at work

  • Understand when and how to report being absent or late to work

Guest Room Attendant Supplies

  • Verbally name and identify the supplies used by a guest room attendant

  • Match supply items to the color-coded identification label

  • Respond to guest requests for supplies

Room Cleaning

  • Verbally name and identify the furnishings found in a hotel guestroom

  • Understand the verbal instructions that describe and explain the tasks and procedures used in cleaning a hotel guestroom.

Directing Guests to Hotel Locations
  • Demonstrate an understanding of an attentive and helpful attitude toward guests
  • Verbally name and identify prime locations within the hotel
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding directions to locations within the hotel
