GED Preparation can now reach a far wider audience of adults who lack this much needed credential for success.  Using Contemporary’s GED Integrated Online Solution software, adult education programs statewide can make test preparation portable and flexible.  Students accepted into the program receive the highest quality instruction from a proven software program and a trained GED instructor.

After an orientation and training session at the adult education center, the student is given the software to install on his/her home computer and can then begin working through the GED lessons.  Using an Internet link, a certified GED teacher will monitor coursework and be available to answer questions.  Pre and posttests are built into the software to help the student determine his readiness to pass the full-length GED test. 

GED Online opens another door of opportunity for adults whose schedules and obligations prohibit regular class attendance.  Greater accessibility has been attained through local program partnerships with libraries and other community service agencies who offer computer labs for student use.
